    Job Specification: Relationship Manager, Fixed Income
    Location: Singapore

    Overview:
    We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to drive client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be focused on building strong relationships and proactively resolving service issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer service reviews and SLA updates.
    • Oversee project handovers and escalate critical service issues.
    • Build client relationships through regular performance reviews and meetings.
    • Work with internal teams to identify service improvements and customer needs.
    • Monitor at-risk customers and take corrective actions.
    • Keep clients informed about product updates and changes.

    Requirements:

    • 3 years in customer service or relationship management.
    • 5 years in fixed income with sell-side clients.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Google-suite, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Salesforce.
