    Buy-Side Sales Executive - New York

    Sterlings are partnered with a rapidly growing global software vendor specialising in managing collateral, risk, and margin requirements for trading activities. We are seeking a Sales professional based in New York with strong connections and a well-established network among buy-side institutions, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, and Pension Funds.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive revenue growth by closing high-value, complex, and transformational deals.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key buy-side clients across the North American market.
    • Manage multi-stakeholder engagements within mid-to-large institutional organisations.
    • Contribute strategic ideas to support business growth and align with company objectives.

    Qualifications / Knowledge:

    • Proven track record as both a hunter and relationship manager, with experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
    • Expertise in managing institutional client relationships and delivering tailored solutions in competitive markets.
    • 5 years of relevant experience in software sales
    • Strong understanding of derivatives trading, margin management, or prime brokerage is a significant advantage.
