A reputable and well-established FinTech (KYC) software company are recruiting a newly-created role, for a Head of Partnerships. Based in the UK (preferably commutable into the London office at least twice a week) - this role will lead & grow the global partner & alliances program.
Our client is a trusted technology provider to thousands of compliance professionals globally and a partner of the world's leading data and CRM businesses including Dow Jones, Refinitiv and Salesforce.
Working closely with the CRO - the position will help to onboard and roll-out new partner agreements with major consulting firms, professional services firms, other software vendors, law firms, and data/analytics providers.
The business is an award-winning RegTech/RiskTech software organisation - and are going through an exciting phase in their growth. We're looking to recruit an experienced individual who has proven experience in leading a successful partner program & ecosystem - and has preferably held a leadership position beforehand (Director level or Global / 'Head of').
The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for providing support in the implementation of robust strategic partnerships to promote the the business' brand and profile globally. In addition, the job will be responsible for building strategic alliances and partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
·Support the implementation of the business' global partnership strategy to increase engagement across the named segments - predominately financial services (and wider segments like insurance, gaming, and law)
·Engage global partnership leads in developing and sharing of strategic partnership models.
·Identify and build strategic alliances and partnerships to support thought leadership agenda
·Drive global partner relationship management efforts to maintain & grow existing corporate and other partner relationships.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute initiatives and partnerships.
·Serve as key resource staff for partnerships and participate in working groups.
·Develop work plans for strategic partnerships.
·Initiate/lead forums to advance corporate priorities within partnerships.
·Work with partners to ensure that their communications and joint programs/initiatives build visibility and global presence.
· Build and strengthen the business' unique proposition value to partners
Experience
·Over ten years relevant experience with over five years in a management role.
·Proven experience with partnership engagement management (preferably from within a software / FinTech / financial services organisation. Ideally has had experience with positioning and closing major global partnerships with top tier brands & organisations).

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Office (who reports to the Founder & CEO) you will be a key hire and memeber of the global leadership team working for an established and widely-accaimed Trading & Risk Management software disruptor in the market.
Based in NY you will Lead a team of Sales Engineering professionals, globally, across US, Europe & APAC. You will set standards, own client engagement sales engineering blue-print, empower the team, lead by example (player coach type) and help the company achieve it's growth ambition of doubling the sales engineering team size by the end of 2025.
Ideal Pre-requisities:
-You will have already lead sales engineering or presales teams and ideally of a global nature with 10 memebers.
-Have strong experience in cross-asset trading & risk management platforms/software.
-Will be used to facing off to a variety of clients across Asset Mamagement, Hedge Funds, Investment Banking, Energy/Commodities Trading.
-Be based in New York and happy to be in NCY 4 days a week (1 day a week will be home based).

With funding and a huge 2024 behind them in new sales, they are entering the next stage of growth and looking to hire a Sales Director (new business) in the US. This will, first and foremost, be a senior individual contribution role working alongside the CRO based in the US as well as the founder - also US based. They have operations and offices in London and APAC.
You will have experience of selling enterprise software solutions to the banking community - a preference to trade or transaction reporting - but any regulatory or back office software sales experience at enterprise level is desired.
This is a really unique opportunity with the company making a real mark in the industry with aggressive growth in sight. You will be the senior sales contributor in the US region in more of a hunter/new logo client acquistion role.
