Junior Account Manager - Financial Services | Northern & Eastern Europe
Location: Central London with regional travel

We are representing a leading fintech company that is transforming users' banking experiences. They are seeking a Junior Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Baltics, Poland, and Eastern Europe.

As Junior Account Manager, you will work closely with existing clients to renew and upsell, as well as generate new business opportunities in your region. You'll collaborate with key partners like Google, manage a sales pipeline, and play an integral role in helping the company expand its market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, ensuring renewals and upsells
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Marketing) to support clients
• Implement structured prospecting and lead-generation strategies
• Regularly update CRM system and forecast sales pipeline
• Attend industry events and deliver client presentations

Required Experience

• 2-3 years in SDR or Account Management within Financial Services
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organised and goal-driven
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience in FinTech/API/SaaS
• Understanding of financial services challenges (fraud prevention, risk management)
