    Job Description

    Sterlings has joined forces with a top-tier global provider of post-trade services. We're seeking a dynamic German-speaking Relationship Manager to join their London-based team.

    As a Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in proactively cultivating and influencing client relationships. Your efforts will not only contribute to increased revenues but also elevate overall client satisfaction within the managed account base. The client portfolio comprises leading financial institutions across the DACH region.

    In this position, you'll work closely with senior management, client service reps, product teams, operations, integration, and marketing.

    Your main objective is to ensure a smooth experience for the valued clients. You'll take on the role of the primary contact, streamlining all Solutions activities within the accounts and addressing any client inquiries.

    Engaging with Tier 1 clients, you'll orchestrate additional activities within the accounts, enhancing the client experience and driving revenue growth. Your duties also encompass developing and executing detailed account plans for both immediate and long-term success.

    Experience required:

    • At least 5 years of expertise in cultivating client relationships within the Financial Services sector.
    • Proficiency in German is strongly preferred, as this position involves serving as the primary Account Lead for key customers across the DACH region, including banks and asset managers.

      With funding and a huge 2024 behind them in new sales, they are entering the next stage of growth and looking to hire a Sales Director (new business) in the US. This will, first and foremost, be a senior individual contribution role working alongside the CRO based in the US as well as the founder - also US based. They have operations and offices in London and APAC.

The ideal candidate will have studied finance, accounting, or a related field, and possess a commercial mindset suited for business development.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
      • Lead Qualification: Assess leads to determine their suitability as potential customers based on needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
      • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads to explore the company's solutions.
      • Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with leads, offering valuable information to guide them through the sales funnel.
      • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine our approach.
      • CRM Management: Ensure accurate and current information in our CRM system to track lead interactions effectively.

      Base Salary: £35,000

      Commission: £5,000 - £10,000
