About the Role: We are seeking a recent postgraduate with a strong interest in financial markets for a Sales Development position. The ideal candidate will have studied finance, banking, or a related field, completed internships at institutional organisations, and possess a commercial mindset suited for a business development role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify potential clients through channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads to determine their suitability as potential customers based on their needs, budget, purchasing authority, and timeline.
- Appointment Setting: Secure meetings for the sales team with qualified leads to explore our products and services further.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with leads, providing valuable information and resources to guide them through the sales funnel.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to refine our client approach.
- CRM Management: Ensure accurate and current information in our CRM system to track lead interactions and progress effectively.

Base salary: £35,000 - £40,000K
