£130000 - £160000 per annum double OTE benefits

One of our Capital Markets FinTech firms, who tackle the derivative markets complexities globally for Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds & Insurers, are looking to add sales seniority to their London commercial team.

You will be covering, but not solely limited to, an EMEA territory working in a relatively small London team of 6 Sales Professionals. You will be reporting directly to the Global Cheif Revenue Officer so there will be lots of internal visibility.

Initially joining as an senior individual contributor and having an annual target (usually between £750k - £1.2M) the aim for this hire is that the successful candidate can step into more of a Player Coach position and take mentorship over the team of new business sales and relationship management. Plan further on from that would be for the successful candidate to head EMEA Sales.
