You will run a small, US based, buy-side focused (Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds) software sales team.
Main responsibilities will include; line managing a local New York based sales team in more of a 'Player-Coach' type capacity; having an individual contribution quota yourself and therefore leading sales by example; recruiting and growig the sales and relationship management team in the region; having dotted-line responsibility too of the region in general across client success and delivery as well as pre-sales (albeit again a small team).
A real opportunity here to come in and make a mark, achieve a quota with excellent commission scheme, with an already established US business and pipeline, to manage and grow a team - with the opportunity to run the entire region.
We are interested in hearing from you if you are in a senior tech sales role with emphasis on selling software to the buy-side. If you are already in management that would be a plus but the position is also open to someone wanting to move more into a 'player coach' role from a senior IC role. You will ideally have a network in Asset Management and Pension funds.
