Application Support (Back Office, SWIFT) - Banking

Job Description

Sterlings are currently partnered with an Investment Bank who are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst, to help support their Back Office systems, which include payments and settlements applications.

Please note this is an initial 12-month Fixed Term contract, but the person would still be eligible for benefits and bonus.

The position will allow this person to become an SME for a number of supported / new applications, as well as getting involved in helping deliver project requirements.

The team also manage service desk requests to ensure SLA's are met and work closely with and manage Vendor relationships.

Skills and Experience required;

• Application support experience within Financial Services
• Experience of supporting SWIFT
• Linux / windows / SQL, Oracle experience
• SPLUNK, WebSphere MQ support experience is desirable
• Managing change in complex environments
