Business Analyst (Regulatory Reporting) - Financial Services
Job Description
A Financial Services Company based in the City of London is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Technology Division.
This person will be responsible for helping shape and deliver the work of the business analysis team who are specifically aligned to the Regulatory Reporting business of the company. Specific prjectis would be initially alligned to EMIR, MiFID II And BOE rules.
The role will involve ensuring a high level of service and line management, initially this would just be managing a team of 1-2 Business Analysts.
Key responsibilities would include acting as the main point of contact between the business and IT Teams, as well as third party software providers.
The Lead BA will also working extremely closely with third party software providers, architecture, internal developers and testers to ensure that business requirements are understood.
Other duties will include defining both the functional and non-functional requirements for internally developed systems and/or reviewing requirements from third party suppliers, as well as ensuring these are understood by all business and IT stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- This person will have experience working at a Business Analyst, within the Financial Services Industry
- The team would be interested in Senior Business Analysts who haven't had any formal line management responsibilities, but would be keen to step into a lead position.
- There is a heavy preference for this person to have knowledge of Regulations such as EMIR 2.0/30, MIFID II or BoE regulations.

Dynamics CRM Architect - Financial Services
A Financial Services Company is currently seeking a Dynamics CRM Architect to join their Technology department.
The Dynamics Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Dynamics solutions across the company. Key duties will include creating designs that will be utilising Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and wider Microsoft Azure capabilities that have been implemented within the estate.
The Architect will also be actively involved in supporting the wider business community in the delivery on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and providing oversite and guidance within the Dynamics Centre of Excellence (CoE) where guidance is sought.
This person will also be actively involved in supporting the stakeholders through their business transformation providing guidance and options allowing for them to make good, informed decisions.
Experience;
- Experience in Microsoft technology; experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power Application.
- Technical knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics "Customer Service", "Sales" and "Marketing" products.
- Lead solution design and architecture sessions with the project and development teams to align witArchitecture.
- Good technical knowledge of the lower-level aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including but exclusively plugins, the use of the Dynamics 365 SDK and good development practices around these areas.

Senior Salesforce Developer - FInancial Services
A Financial Services Company, based in the City of London, is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their EMEA Technology team.
The Salesforce Software Developer will be involved in the implementation of software development efforts on the application, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing and debugging, as well as managing their timelines and producing technical documentation.
The Developer will also work closely with the business teams to maintain the Cloud Lending Originate and Sales Cloud suite implemented on the force.com platform.
This will involve developing custom solutions to extend the suite's functionality. This may involve discussing trade-offs with other teams, such as the terms of the configuration versus the code in place or mapping the functional requirements to existing functionality.
The developer will also collaborate with corporate Enterprise Architecture teams to create technical plans and strategies as well as design, document, and implement specific initiatives to improve business processes.
Key Skills
- Ability to develop functionality using the Salesforce Platform Languages: Lightning Components (LWC), Apex and SOQL.
- Experience using programming languages: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON
- Knowledge of configuring declarative tools such as flows, validation rules, dynamic forms, sharing settings, permission sets, custom metadata types and profiles.
- Experience Cloud Sites development.
- Knowledge using development tools such Salesforce CLI and Visual Studio Code.
- Use of tools such as Git (GitLab) and Jenkins for source control and continuous integration.
