Business Manager (Technology) - Investment Bank

The role involves helping the COO build relationships between IT and the business, and to increase the value realized from IT assets, investments and capabilities.

This includes driving operational efficiencies, communicating to the wider organisation about technology related initiatives and driving open dialogue between businesses, functions and entities to push forward strategic goals and objectives for Technology.

The role will involve working closely with the Technology leadership team, supporting them in communication efforts across the bank and promote strategic initiatives and benefits.

This person will also promote culture & engagement, lead strategic initiatives related to women in technology, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility, to help foster a positive and inclusive working environment.

Experience required;

• Previous experience as a Business or Relationship Manager, Business Support, Risk Manager, in a larger organisation, preferably in technology
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives at the same time
• Experience with culture and employee engagement programmes desired
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to negotiate with stakeholders
• Ability and experience of working under pressure
• Ability to liaise with business and technology stakeholders at all levels of the organizati
