    Regulatory Reporting (SFTR) Business Analyt - Investment Bank

    Our client is an Investment Bank, and one of the top financial groups globally, offering services including commercial banking, securities, credit cards, and asset/wealth management.

    They are searching for a Business Analyst with Regulatory Reporting subject matter expertise, primarily across SFTR legislation. It is a centralized function, and the group covers multiple regulations and jurisdictions, thus any other reg knowledge, i.e. MiFID/MiFIR/EMIR, would be highly beneficial.

    Working as part of the organization change function this person will operate in a hybrid technical and functional position parenting closely with both development teams and the business on strategic projects.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Produce Business Requirements relating to the reporting of any trades and transactions in scope of SFTR regulation.
    • Assist in the creation of business requirements and analysis to other regulations such as MiFID and EMIR
    • Fully document the scope of all related business and functional requirements, relating to each deliverable, and ensure these are understood by business and operational stakeholders.
    • Ensure all changes that could impact regulatory reporting obligations follow the defined governance & and control framework.
    • Work closely with Change, Operations, Compliance, and other areas within Technology to ensure all Regulatory reporting deliverables are implemented accurately across all regimes and at the appropriate priority.

    Key Skill Sets Required:

    • Strong working understanding of transaction reporting requirements under SFTR regulations
    • Excellent knowledge of data standards used for Transaction Reporting
    • Track record of delivering Transaction Reporting projects, including new initiatives or remediation projects
    • Strong product knowledge across financial products.
    • Knowledge of project lifecycle and demonstratable knowledge of participation in all aspects of UAT cycles

      A Financial Services Company, based in the City of London, is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their EMEA Technology team.

      The Salesforce Software Developer will be involved in the implementation of software development efforts on the application, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing and debugging, as well as managing their timelines and producing technical documentation.

      The Developer will also work closely with the business teams to maintain the Cloud Lending Originate and Sales Cloud suite implemented on the force.com platform.

      This will involve developing custom solutions to extend the suite's functionality. This may involve discussing trade-offs with other teams, such as the terms of the configuration versus the code in place or mapping the functional requirements to existing functionality.

      The developer will also collaborate with corporate Enterprise Architecture teams to create technical plans and strategies as well as design, document, and implement specific initiatives to improve business processes.

      Key Skills

      Sterlings are currently partnered with an Investment Bank who are looking to hire a Senior Application Support Analyst,to join their Front Office Technology Team.

      The support team provive support and maintenance across various desks and multiple asset classes including credit andinterest rate derivatives.

      The team are also responsible for helping improve processes, fixes and enhancements, and Co ordinate software releases in UAT and Production environments.

      Other duties also include updating support documentation and owning the development once released.

      Experience required;

      • Strong Application Support experience within a financial trading environment.
      • Solid business knowledge of derivative products (interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, exchange traded futures and options, convertible bonds).
      • Proven technical analysis and investigatory skills with ability to work within a high-pressured environment. Stack includes Ulinx/Linux and SQL Server
